Their is no "best" You all ways no matter what need html and css then if you have a good understanding you move onto php and then javascript.. then if you really love to learn you can move on to flash and whatever else you want. Since by now you can learn everything real easy.

agreed, I'm studying computer science at my university, and I have learned that if you learn one language, its really easy to move on to learning other languages. I would start with HTML and CSS first, because those are both pretty simple and help you to easily layout a functional web page. I wish you the best of luck!
