benefits of link referral
"I know by using link referral I will get a lot more visitors to my site than i would have done otherwise. i know also that I am and will get some very useful feedback, and i know also of the benefits of this forum to get more ideas and answers to problems - but are there any other benefits to using linkreferral? for instance does it help bump me up in the search engines?" |

Every site needs traffic and LinkReferral definitely delivers. The trick is to put your site in the appropriate category to get the kind of targeted traffic you're looking for. How easy is that?

I have definately seen a jump in the traffic to our sites through link referral. I have no knowledge regarding search engine listings, however, it definately "gets the word out" and that is the biggest and best "search engine" there is I imagine.

Well it certainly helps in raising the search engines awareness of your site and so leads to perhaps more pages being indexed. However if Link Referral is the only source of traffic then it may even be a disadvantage particularly with Google. No you also have to submit your site to directories and get those other traffic sources hitting your site. Once that's done then LR is a great help in getting your site more authority.

I am not as lucky as everyone else. I have been using LR for about two months now, and not one review mentions how to make my site better. Maybe I need to review more sites to get effective reviews? I guess I'll devote more time to this in the coming weeks and see what happens.

Yes it will help in the search engines. Although I joined Link Referral about a year ago I didn't really start to use them until August. At that time I was a stagnant PR1 and had an Alexa rank of about 4,000,000. In the three months since August my traffic has increased 400% my Alexa ran is about 1,100,000 and I've gone up to a PR2 but also I've now got a PR1 on 6 of my category pages. All my keywords have risen in Google but the most astonishing was my main keyword which has gone from outside the top 1000 to 80. Yes it does help with the search engines.

Hi, Yes, I can tell when I do it my rakings go up and more visitors, when I take a break my rakings go down and of course less visitors because it doesn't seem to get out there in the search engines.. I love Link Referral as it is easy, and easy to understand, Some of them are so complicated// I think it is a good thing and for Free and if you want you can buy in too. DEE

Since joining LR we have seen our search engine ranking go up slightly, have had some good reviews of our site and have enjoyed the time i spend each day reviewing and visiting other sites. Spend some time here and invest a little bit of effort and the rewards will come :) Good luck

Wondering about the above comment about ALEXA rating. How do you find out that info? I am fairly new to this but LOVE link referral as well. My traffic has definitly picked up enough so that i could finally close my ebay store that was just draining me with fees.

Link Referral helps not only in generating visitors but also helps the individual site in search engine. If one post the html code of the reviews on one's site that definitely helps in registering in search engine as well as improving visits to the Site. For me it has been very helpful. Mukesh

I have nothing but good to say about LinkReferral. My stats have gradually increased over time to a very respectable level, which I wasn't getting before at other sites, and I have made new friends, got some good criticism that helped me change my site within the boundaries allowed, and I've made some new friends as well. I think it's a win-win all around.
