I have sold books on ebay and through their half.com link at the home page bottom in the past. I made a fair amount of sales. I had better sales on half.com. I believe half.com is only in the US at this time. Due to current economic times book sales have dropped. My sales have consisted mostly of reference and textbooks.

I think half.com might be a better deal, but it's also less known than ebay. And, I would agree that Amazon.com might be an even better place to look to, in all honesty. If I was looking for a book, I would go to Amazon first before ebay.

My wife and I, or should I say mostly my wife, have sold a few books on half.com, which is part of ebay. If you are going to sell them individually that is where I'd start. If your going to sell a lot of them, meaning as in one sale, I'd recommend ebay under the wholesale listings.

I've sold a few things through ebay but never even thought about linking them to my site. It seems like a pretty good idea though and im considering doing it myself next time i sell something - hope you dont mind....? please let me know how you get on so we can compare the selling and traffic it may or may not produce. Thanks |

Half.com isn't so bad either. Got to gain a good reputation. I bought two books and one guy had good reviews but only had 14 reviews and he never shipped the book.

I have sold on eBay for over 9 years. Mostly collectibles and I'm not likely the newest changes. My store traffic is dead. After selling over 60,000 items, I'm rethinking what I need to do.
