Definately lack of time. If I had more time I could easily make 10 times more than what I am already. I've been outsourcing my workload for a few months but its really difficult to find anyone reliable these days.

Thak you all for your responses. I heard you say biggest obstacles are, time to work your online business, motivation to work your online business, traffic to your site(s), adequate budget for getting traffic, visitors who actually make a purchase, finding good and legitimate helper sites and the "economy". Thanks a lot. I want to put these issues out to other forum members and some legitimate IM gurus to see what they can suggest, so keep watching the forum for answers.

I thing one of the biggest obstacles is knowledge. :) If only I can find more useful knowledge about SE etc. and how to find a better and faster way to do everything.

I see a need for an increase in traffic and conversion. It is not hard to increase traffic. However in this economy most people are not spending. Therefore back to the need for increased traffic.
