It will depend what are you promoting. For some of my websites I have good results with ListJoe, and I'm a free member so it's really free-traffic. Well, not really free since we have to invest time in visiting other people's websites. Another one also free I rapidly get good results (leads) is Revolist. I suggest you track your link, and promote it on few free-traffic sites of your choice and then check the results and see which one is working the best for your site. Not all free traffic websites have same type of audience.

For myself I use blog explosion and Entre Card in addition to LR. I especially like EC because you can either gain credits by surfing, or buy them outright and then you use credits to buy adds that appear on other members blogs. This is a benefit as it means that if you shop carefully you can have your blog's ad seen by the general public, which can really help increase traffic.

Raghavendra,That's not really a yes or no question. There are others that honestly will give you more traffic per day, but many of them do require more work. On the other hand the beauty of Link Referall is that once you satisfy your daily requirements you don't have to do anything else for 24 hours, and it only takes about an hour at most.
