How can you make money without selling SOMETHING??? Even if you are promoting another site then you are selling adspace instead of a product, but its still selling.

If you dont have a product to sell, then consider joining an affiliate program for something you like or do as a hobby. If you dont want to do that, then you need to create a great site about something you like that gets high PR, High SERP ranking, Good SEO. With that you can sell adspace with Google adsense and make a little money with that..

But my point is that someone, somewhere has to spend money for someone else to make money. Thats economics 101...So, even if you are just clicking at ptc's for pennies you are still viewing ad pages where someone is trying to sell you something. You get pennies for viewing it and they get dollars by selling it.

My last months google check was a little over $1200.00, my affiliate checks were a bit over $300.00 and my article revenue was $53.78 This is down a bit, about half of what I was making last year this time, darn economy!

You are right my friend. Earning online requires you to join good programs which really works and pay. We all depend on advertisers to earn something online. Its advertiser who pays. Its all about applying right approach with techniques for earning online.

Who says I can't? I have been making money on them for a long time. You know I love it when someone says to me , "You can't do that", or you can not make money doing that. I have to laugh, especially when I have been doing pretty darn good at it for years. By the way, I just bought a house a few months ago, The mortgage is being paid for by the very thing you say I cant do LOL.

Well I am not saying that to especially you gentleman, I was pointing towards everybody who is starting to earn something on net and that cannot be just ads until or unless you have a well established website...... Not much money generated yet. It seems there has been a flood of people trying to make money online since the recession hit...so the competition is fierce. I'm not sure if newbie's even have a chance.

I agree that there is always an exchange of service/idea etc to earn, but mine is more of a people helping people, very hands off, and we only communicate with those that we want to, usually for encouragement and to help others never to sell or coerce. On that note it took a few months of 1-2 hours a day but I'm making about $600 a month residual and I take many days off to be with my family and for health reasons.
