Made money from Twitter.. Hard to say. You first need to develop a site that has great products to sell that people want to buy. Then you need to attract a big twitter following and get people not only to follow you on twitter but go to your site and buy stuff based on your tweets. Not an easy thing to do. Twitter can be used to help direct traffic to your site, so its a marketing tool for those who are following you.

I use twitter and get alot of hits to my site from it. I will occasionally post links to various items on my site or to my blog. However, you have to watch how many links you tweet because others will think you are spamming and they will delete you. Twitter is fun to use and can bring you many hits once you have quite a few followers.. Best wishes

the thing with twitter is it can drive traffic to what ever you are promoting. you can pretty much have twitter everywhere and link it to your social network like facebook,myspace,youtube and so on.they also got wigets you can make and post in your website blog and so on as well. You link them all you update your statues in all places if you use twitter right you can make some doe but you got to know how to use it as a marketing tool.

I use it to promote the stuff on my blog and sometimes I post new items from my shops. In general everytime I post I get 5 new followers which is good, but I am not sure if its helping anything. Its just people trying to promote their own stuff and they don't give a damn what your posting about much like you won't give a damn what their posting about.

Haven't made any money from Twitter but I have recently just started promoting my blog on there. I still have a hard time getting over that Twitter just seems like a glorified Facebook Status Update

You can get different plug ins. On my site, for example, I believe it's called Social Me. I'm on a work computer and can't get onto my site from here but if you Google it (even just typing in "Twitter Plug In" you'll be able to find it. Then it will give you the HTML code to add onto your site

I find that with twitter you have to post witty tweets. It's got to be something that people can't resist looking at, even yourself. Also your profile pic and background is super important. It makes the difference between someone skimming you over or staring at you for a few minutes...which of course leads to more clicks.
