probably depends on what you are marketing and how. for example, is your ad a graphic or text. if it's just a website, then yes. front and back is good. If you have a logo, on the front plus url on back. bonne chance!

Put it on the inside...... I agree, put something on both sides. Not the SAME thing, but something distinctive on each. I assume you're looking at youth groups, choir members, that type of wearer. I don't think Hooters girls will work with a church, but at least you will catch the eye of a lot of sinners?

Im planning on creating a tshirt that is actually cute enough for women to wear on a daily basis. I will have the URL somewhere on the shirt but I want to make the graphic creative enough that people ask people wearing it what its all about. Maybe I'm dreaming.

I agree with Scott. We have the kennel name large on the back and a smaller logo on the front above the pocket area. People do actually read them and ask about our business. I havn't tried them for the web store yet.

I have pretty good responses with my t shirts. On the back I have a nice sized image of a wolf looking at you with my url under it (monystreet.com) I also have my url in smaller letters on the front in the area where a pocket would be and then again on the sleeves in smaller letters. The shirt itself is dark blue. As for the image I tried to choose one where the wolf does not look scary but instead looks like beaufiful with a little bit of scenery around it. I hope that helps you. Oh by the way business cards also work really well too. Just put information on it that will make the reader want to visit your site...that way you are getting visitors that are interested what you are offering.

I've thought about putting the URL around the neck of the T-shirt to make it look like a necklace for the lady T's. Not sure how it will look though.

I used t-shirts for advertising for another company of mine. It was a music related business and we would give them out for free at shows and other functions. People loved getting them and they worked for us to get more traffic and sales. I haven't looked at the numbers but I think we have broken even from the return on the cost of getting the shirts made. Good Luck!

T-shirts are definitely a good way to advertise.....but you need to be sure that you are not going to stretch your advertising budget too far. You may need to spend quite a lot of money just to get your name out. After that, it is the product or service that you are promoting that will keep the site alive.

I used T-shirt promotion once and I got some interests every time I wear it. I use fiber paint and painted both front side and back side. I think the key is to make the image on your shirt interesting.

| Quoted from: Daydreamer on 2009-11-09 16:24:56 Has any one tried the t shirt transfer paper you can use on your printer ? thought I may design my own and use this |
Yes I have and you need to make sure before printing that you click on special paper on your printer settings. Also your transfer letters will look backwards when you lay it on the T-shirt. It was all trial and error. But it wasn't anything too difficult. Best of luck!

| Quoted from: Arleneb on 2009-11-02 05:48:34 I advertise T-shirts with images of my paintings for a site with a number of my items. I don't use my logo. I get hits to my store because people like the T-shirt or my art. |
I wonder if that would work for me. Certainly gives me something to think about.
